AutoPilot is an IoT enabled field testing unit designed for deployment at the water source. Engineered for precision and reliability, AutoPilot continuously monitors and reports treatment loading and water quality parameters in real time. When integrated with our proprietary eDM (Embedded Data Memory) system, it delivers instant performance data and critical alerts straight to your inbox ensuring efficient, proactive sampling management, even pausing at your selected sample points to ensure accurate and repeatable results.

How AutoPilot Works

  1. Live Data from the Field

    • AutoPilot is installed at the water source where it collects real time water treatment loading and quality data as your raw water passes through ion exchange resin for example.

    • AutoPilot sets sampling events from a forecast resin loading performance from our partner Ecolab Purolite and tracks actual throughput, alerting you to take samples with information on water quality sent to you daily and available on demand.

  2. Smart Resin Performance Monitoring

    • Every water source is different. AutoPilot in combination with Ecolab Purolite calculates how much volume of water can be treated before the resin reaches its limit, based on actual water quality, not general assumptions or predicted statistics.

    • AutoPilot data is collated into our AutoPilot Journal, a rigorous and regulator ready record of field-testing conditions, results and interactive graphs on field data against predicted performance models for accurate, site-specific insights.

  3. Timely Notifications and Sampling

    • AutoPilot through our IoT connection sends alerts to operators via their mobile device, prompting when to collect water samples or regenerate the resin column.

    • By doing this, AutoPilot helps maintain optimal treatment performance and prevents system overuse or failure, even with a pause feature that isolates the water supply automatically until the sample is taken.

  4. Regeneration & Waste Profiling

    • After loading, the resin column is regenerated. AutoPilot and Phibro Tech follow strict protocols to generate site specific regeneration protocols for full scale deployment and critically waste generator profiles for disposal certification
